• Deposits of 50% are required on all accounts; no exceptions

• It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for insurance of their specimen while stored at Top Notch Taxidermy Studio.

       Example: using your home owner's insurance policy

• For security reasons, the studio does not allow any photos or videos in the showroom or work area without management permission. 

​

• Full work orders will be completed when specimen delivered. Pertinent information including all license numbers, current condition, measurements, details and timeline discussed, and costs will be documented. All customers are  required to sign permission agreements before work will begin. 

​

• ​Quite often our studio is needing mature sized capes and full-skins for our extra stock. Ask us in advance if not familiar of our cape credit policy.
