Top Notch Policies

- Top Notch requires all pertinent licence and tag numbers on delivery to studio

- We accept the following payment on account - Visa, Mastercard, Debit , Cash and Cheque. As well, we have
arrangements with our bank to have out of country payments wired to our account .

- Top Notch does require 50% down on all accounts before any work can be started.

-Work Orders are completed when specimens brought in to studio. We record all instruction of mounting requests, all costs
(therefore, no hidden costs), condition of specimen when brought in, deposit, waiting period, etc. Prior to the animal being
skinned by Top Notch we take all important measurements
and record on this work order as well.

-For Security reasons- Effective March 2007 Top Notch Taxidermy does not allow
any photographs in the showroom or work area.

- It is the responsibility of the customers to arrange for insurance of their specimen while left in our studio. ( Note: We do
have a state of the art alarm system in all areas of the studio )
